Experience is the "energy" obtained from Labyrinth creatures once defeated.

Note that, in the event of a combat involving multiples creatures, the experience is obtained only at the end of the fight once all creatures are defeated. If a Professional dies or moves beyond combat range, experience from creatures defeated before will not consider that Professional as being involved.
