History
It is was founded by the Duke of Wellington himself, as a service for the heir of the Crown, Princess Charlotte. Owing to the Labyrinth Act, and following the disband of the Royal Labyrinth Company, the heir had to be employed by a private company to ply the Labyrinth zone. The Duke's brother Richard Wellesley had established the British Scouts, but stood on his principles and refused to employ a mere tier four Professional... even if she is the heir[1].
The High Labyrinth Office has expanded massively in 1819[2], owing to secret operations across the Labyrinth[3]. While Arthur Wellesley has not made plans for future uses of his special forces, he probably is thinking ahead.
