The Presence of the Urgasi Shadowmaster is an underleveled/misbalanced Artefact-quality gear from the Legendary undead lord in the Urgaster zone. It appears as a staff of three different colored woods, capped by a green metal ferrule at the bottom, and a color-changing sphere held in a silver claw at the top.
