Adjustment is seemingly a mechanic by which the Labyrinth improves unqualified people whose Potentials are all below the minimum requirements for tier 1.
Special abilities
Adapted Professionals...
- gain one gear item for every creature killed until they have obtained one for every possible slot (8)
- immediately learn any skill that matches their current Profession skill sphere if they equip a piece of gear with it[1]
- activate inactivate Gates[2]

Milestones
It provides Milestones, similar to a Profession, without being one itself. Adjustment Milestones do not provide skill ranks. Each new Milestone is a painful process, as the Professional is forcefully modified without the benefit of a Profession.
