Solid Aethershaper Luther Francis Fullmore is a tier three Professional from the Artifact Hunting Company.
He appears first in TIL: Shieldbearer.
General
A young day worker in London, he spotted in 1816 by the Artifact Hunting Company of Abraham Zacharias. He turned into an Arcanist and, after a 2-year contract, renewed with the company.
He and his wife Ada Deborah Fullmore, nee Walsh, who began as another Professional in the same team are currently working on their build for tier four.
Current team unknown, as his original team was dissolved.
