The Earl Grey Company is a "shell" company, founded by the 2nd Earl Grey for the benefit of his Professional daughter, Louisa Elizabeth Grey.
It exists purely to fulfill the provisions of the Labyrinth Act of 1815 and allow her (and her team) to adventure freely within the Labyrinth.
