Jacques Deschanel is a tier seven French Professional.

A right-hand man of Napoleon Bonaparte himself, he was entrusted by the Tyrant of France[1] to conduct the devastating assault on London's Great Gate[2]. He distracted Cowen's team long enough to allow the "saboteurs" to shut down the Gate, before being killed in action... and resurrected once moved to prison.

Currently prisoner in the Tower of London and kept under Lingering Death to reduce his tier seven levels of threat[3].
