Potential is the term used to define the innate capacity of a person. The effective development of an ability to its potential may vary.

The average person has a capacity of 15 in any given potential. One person out of 15 will have 16 or more; among those, one out of 15 will have 17 or more, and so on. The highest potential by a normal person is 20.

Conversely, one person out of 15 will have 14 or less, one out of 15 of these 13 or less, and so on, to an estimated minimal value of 10.
